Recreational and sports complex Zbraslavice 

 

Zbraslavice is our new venue for the Christmas 10‑day Vipassana course.

The retreat takes place in a spacious recreational and sports area located in the middle of the Czech Republic, 20 km south of the historic town of Kutná Hora. The complex lies on the shore of Starý rybník and is surrounded by forest, providing quiet seclusion and a calm atmosphere. Although close to the small town of Zbraslavice, the venue feels immersed in nature and offers a peaceful, natural environment ideal for deep meditation.

How to Get There

Zbraslavice is easily accessible from Prague and is part of the Prague Integrated Transport network.

By Car

By Bus

Buses from Prague run approximately every 2 hours. Take Bus 402 from Praha Roztyly → Zbraslavice “ŽELEZNIČNÍ STANICE” Travel time: approx. 1.5 hours.

By Train

From Praha Hlavní nádraží → Zbraslavice “ŽELEZNIČNÍ STANICE” Travel time: approx. 2 hours.

From the train or bus stop, the recreational area is within sight and only a short walk away.
